What I need is to create a plugin for my wordpress site.
I will try to describe as much as I can so you can understand what I need.

I need to give the customers the option to go to my website and enter their ZIPCODE and the plug in return with a Price for the visit.
Example: customer enter zipcode 77041 and the plug in will show a custom text with the price, $30 visit

Also the plugin have to have the option to allow the visitor to select if the service is for Residential or Business
Example: customer select BUSINESS and enter zipcode 77041 and the plug in will show a custom text with the price, $40 visit

The plug in admin interface must have the option to enter multiple zip codes and prices in US dollars, for the residential and business customers.
The plug in admin interface must have the option to enter a custom message if the ZIP CODE is not listed on the database, and show that message to the website visitor with a custom message
The plug in admin interface must have the option to enter a custom message if the ZIP CODE is FOUND on the database, and show that message to the website visitor with a custom message

Plug in MUST be responsive , where only numbers can be entered from a mobile device.
Also have the option to use the phone Location to calculate the cost

  Yes, you can enter different price for same zipcode with residential and business service type. Front is responsive and you can adjust with your theme adding some css.
