I need two PSD-images, 1024x1024 px each.

Image 1: Should look like a breakfast table (coffee mug, breakfast on a plate, newspaper etc) surrounding a magazine.
Image 2: Should look like an office desk (coffee mug, keyboard, iPhone, post-it notepad etc) surrounding a magazine.

You must provide all images, table surface and all objects.
IMPORTANT: THERE SHOULD BE NO MAGAZINE IN YOUR FINISHED IMAGE, THIS IS ALLOCATED SPACE!! JUST THE TABLE SURFACE SHOULD BE SHOWN, AND IMAGES AROUND THE MAGAZINE!!!

See my example (badexample.jpg) to see an example of how the finished result could be (only way better). In this example, you will see exactly how the magazine will be placed, so you need to work around that.

PS: Please create just 1 image first, and I will let you know if I want to see another from you as well.

I have to clear up a thing, the magazine MUST be the same size, and same angle as in the example-picture. So basically you have to create an empty table space where the magazine is in the example.

An idea would be to cut the magazine from the example, EXACTLY the way it is, create the table etc, so it fits with the magazine. When done, just remove the magazine, so you`re left with a table space with some stuff surrounding the empty space (this is where the magazine goes, but I will take care of that bit)
