Hello Web Designers,
I would like to order a design of website but I realized I don't know what to tell to web designer other than "target audience" or ambiguous adjectives like "cool" or "cute".
So I would like to hear what I need to write in order sheet.
I think good order sheet tells designer what I want so that web designers don't need to ask so many questions and it also lets web designers to suggest me to add something or to change what I want.

I will award a person who has submit the best template.

I am not looking for design. I am looking for something like design specification that I can use to order web designer for desing comp from wire frame.
