Cripple animations in Blender

Contest Brief

Good Morning

I require some animations for a game I'm working on. I attached the .blender file containing the armature I need animated.

Requirements:
1. All animations must be neatly named as specified bellow in blender’s dope sheet action editor.
2. The animations should look very natural.
3. Constant Speed: Even though the the character is crippled the character should still look like he is walking at a consistent speed.
4. Unfortunately I don't have an example video... Best way to explain what I had in mind is walking on your right foots toe with a limp as if you had nail in your heel.
5. Short Animations: Each animation should be short, not repeat itself and stop in the same position it started, designed to be looped 20 - 30 frames seem to work best. Also please start the first frame at 1 in Blender not at 0.

6. Directions & Animation Names
CrippleForward
CrippleForwardRight
CrippleRight (Strafe Right)
CrippleBackwardsRight
CrippleBackwards
CrippleBackwardsLeft
CrippleLeft (Strafe Left)
CrippleForwardLeft

Thanks to everyone participating. I also plan to build on this collection and looking forward to working with the winner again.

Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cn4dW1CIVZU but is not exactly what I'm looking for because the character doesn't move at a constant speed.

Not sure what you mean by "right foot should have to be little shorter". But both legs would be kind of bent while walking.

hence the walking style will be a little different.

You want the animation to be walking on your right foots toe with a limp as if you had nail in your heel. For that the right foot should have to be little shorter than the left foot and the right foot will not bend while walking. Do you mean this ?

Yes it should be a short segment designed to be looped. I've noticed 20 - 30 frames seems to work best. Also please start the first frame at 1 in Blender not at 0. Unity3d has an error on import if 0 is used as the first frame. The animation will be used on multiple humanoids and I would have liked to attach one but unfortunately purchased them and am not allowed to share it.

Two more questions. How many frames long would you like the animation to be? and could you please attach the character that is attached to the rig as well? That way I can easier see what I am doing, and make sure none of the body parts are overlapping. It would help the speed and quality a lot to deform the actual rig.
    Thanks.

I was just wondering. You said "Each animation should be short, not repeat itself and stop in the same position it started." Do you mean that it should be a short segment which can be repeated in a loop?
