I need to define the requirements and criteria that I care to implement a SCADA system with multiple operator consoles in Master Terminal Unit.

For example:
How should treat priority if two operator consoles try to control the same device?
Can the system have more than one administrator console at the same time?
It can share a single communication channel 2 or more consoles to a same control device?, What are the risks?

Basically should be a document based on the experience or a set of reference documents with a specific focus in care will be taken to implement the solution.

I do not seek references about General Master Terminal Units but care when the operation is over distributed systems and more than one operating console.

The work is easy for people with experience in the field.
