Contest Brief

We need a design for a suggestion and complain stand, where there will be, a place for 2 forms that customers will fill, a place for a 2 business cards and a box where customers can submit their filled entries in, when they finish. Make sure to do a place where customers can stand and fill the forms on. The final 3d mock up should be a plain white 3d perspective with no colors or logos. We need a creative stand not a normal deigned stand. Also suggest the materials that will be used.

There will be
2 forms with the size 10x20 cm
Business card size 9x5
Business card size 5x5
An A5 booklet

I need it urgently so I'm planing to choose a winner by tomorrow end of the day maximum
