Contest Brief

I would like a site that has a public page with a list of events that people could browse from.

they would then either login or sign up.

signup would include their names and email and phone number, and preffered method of communication text, email, call,?, and other personal questions... birthdate, sex, hair color, ethnicity, religion, etc..
a short one liner about them 140 charchters. and then a summary. up to 1000 charachters. and a place to post a profile photo.
once they are done and they have confirmed their email address with the site they are free to join any event that is listed on the public page, if they are a vip they will get access to different events depending on their access rights. they will also be able to sign up to any event that is open for them to see(according to their access rights) (level 1-5 for example) if the event is closed then they wont be able to sign up. if it is open to only girls then only the girls can sign up. so i can adjust the ratio for each event. 20 girls 30 guys. vice versa..

when the event is done i would like the participants who purchased said event to be able to login to a page to be able to see all the participants and then select up to 10 people they liked. and then hit submit. if two people like each other. then they will be able to see each others preffered method of contact. otherwise they will not see the info.

Additionally top 3 contestants will receive free membership to any of our events for a year.
