  Great Question! To simply put - This is rather a registration page and NOT a home or detail page of the site.
  
  In other words we need to redesign this registration page giving a compelling look and feel with a combination of images and text provided. A very typical landing page that we usually see when we click on sponsored links on google site.

  Do you need to enter introduction, features/services, team etc... like detailsl or just the same as your previous landing page with register and login functionality + the few lines of info you provided in the attached doc..... with new attractive style and creative design.
