Delphi Web Browser for livehelperchat

I would like my clients to be able to chat to me from a desktop app. using livehelperchat.com.
You would need to design a Delphi program that http://demo.livehelperchat.com/chat would be able to run normal from sending and receiving chat.

We would need the source code and if you use a third party component make sure we have it.
Include the word bluemagic

https://livehelperchat.com is a chat system i want to use. i'm curently hosting it on my server. but this is made to work on a web page i would need it as a desktop program (client side)
