Contest Brief

Need a Wordpress website header. the header size is: 1140 wide by 140 height. The header has to fit these dimensions so it can show on a full screen or a mobile device....thus the usable space for a logo display is no wider than 300 pixels on the left.
I want a header that is simple and uses white Ariel Lettering on the site name and darker blue lettering on the byline (faster, better, easier) with a light blue background and incorporates my picture on the right side. examples attached.

I’d like to have my picture integrated on the right side of the banner but turned so I am facing inward toward the logo with the black background removed and the appropriate skin tone intact. Finally, if possible....I'd like to have 2 versions. V1 with the current byline: Faster, Better & Easier. V2 with this byline: Reaching Your Goals Faster, Better & Easier.

Also would be nice if this could be used on a YOUTUBE channel as a banner.
