Design main banner for website http://www.ictinnovations.com as we are interested to replace existing banner

The main focus of website is open source and innovations and love banner reflecting innovations and open source (if possible without characters )

we need three sliders with following text accordingly , if each slider represent its text , innovations and nature , it will be great
