This job is to design a "Click Here for a FREE consultation" banner to replace a current one on the bottom right corner of my homepage:

Requirements:

1. Professional design work.
2. Matching website color scheme.
3. Need to entice and encourage visitor to Click on banner to go to CONTACT page & fill out request form, so best design who can catch attention wins.
4. Need catchy, stand out but yet professional design to keep website image. (no cheap shots!)
5. Real Estate related, Background picture support preferred.
