We are looking for a clean design for the "above the fold" portion of http://www.venturelocalist.com . You can view the attached example of what is currently on the site. This is the section we are looking to have rebuilt.

It should have a video play button and the following text:
Passive Investing Made Simple
Where private investors access Arizona's premier real estate investment opportunities.

The background image should be a very sharp and eye-catching photo, or custom made graphic. Examples of photos that could be used are found here:

Here's an example of a website with a custom made background graphic: http://www.fundrise.com

If you choose to use a stock photo, please show your concept with the watermarked photo in the background and I will purchase the photo if I choose your concept.

The final design files should include a Photoshop and/or Illustrator format with text and a button that can be easily edited.

I really like the ones with people 33 and 20. However, if the people can look a little more casual and happy, that would be preferred. 39 is good but the people have the wrong impressions on their face.

I am liking some of the entries so far. However, I would like to see entries where the background image is Phoenix or some kind of custom graphic rather than other cities. You should be able to see some example photos of Phoenix here.
