Contest Brief

I need an invitation designed for a first birthday. The colors need to be in turquoise, aqua, lavender, and purple. I like the wording and layout of the attached image. The theme of the invitation should be "Under the sea". Again base it off the image I have attached. I would like a spot for the picture once I have it. Once I have the picture I would need to paste it into the layer in Photoshop.
