Hi I want a designer to work on a brochure we currently have (Which is very amateur) and turn it into something professional looking.

I will provide the draft brochure and some pictures he can use for the brochure. Feel free to use your own images if you have nice ones

The brochure is going to be a A4 paper - that will be folded into 3 parts

would you allow that the brochure, be designed using profession design and layout softwares such as Illustrator/ photoshop/ InDesign, and artwork will be submitted to you as raw files with a pre-press mode PDF as well, to acquire a professional output?
