Contest Brief

a. Objective: Create a one page (with printing on front and back) fact sheet named “PVMA Individual Membership”.
b. Use ideas from www.ivmaa.com
c. One page with content one both sides
d. Front of Page: See Attached word document called "Content".
e. Second Page – Registration Page (See attachment called 2015 Membership Registration Form) You must re-work the information using best business practices.

There will be option to work on additional projects for us.

    There are two files attached in the contest brief called UTT and UTW. They could be incorporated on a small level to the front page of the registration form.
