I will launch a new website that sells web development. I need to show the advantages of outsourcing web development adrressing on point by point format.
You will need to use nice and clean icons that resamble our website and logo.

Major points that need to be covered, but are no limited to:

No hiring process cost;
No cost to dissemble development team
Pay only for the time people are working for you
No taxes or costs other then the agreed cost
No hidden fees other costs besides the development costs
Project Design, wire-frame and Gantt chart provided at the first phase of project
Nice Documentation, code in OOP/MVC framework provided at the end of project
Development and Project start from 1 to 15 days, depending on chosen language (PHP; .NET, ASP, Java, etc...)

Dear CH, as it is a guaranteed contest, you can not get back your money at any condition, so some dishonest contestants have submitting fake entries i guess, as they know, if you don't select a winner, the prize money will be shared between all the freelancers! So i suggest you to choose at least a freelancer, Please choose the best entry from them. Something is always better than nothing! Don't let the foul freelancers to take advantage from your lacking. Hi, Logo and what we have so far for the website was uploaded as well. We are working on the website that will be launching on 01/01/2014. We will be using the Brochure to be downloaded by that time as well. We will send to some potential clients too.
