I own Off-Leash K9 Training, LLC and we are one of the top dog training businesses in the country.

I am looking for someone to design a REALLY NICE certificate of completion from our obedience program.

It should include our logo, maybe a seal, and say something to the effect of:

"This is to certify that ___________________ (dog's name) and ___________________ (handlers name) has successfully completed the requirements of Off Leash K9 Training's ______________________ Obedience Program.

Ideally, I would want to be able to fill in the blanks on a computer and print this certificate myself.

This should be an elegant/professional design, not a "cartoonish" looking design.
