Contest Brief

I need a graphic banner to advertise our 8.8yuan commission daigou service. The banner should be catchy, with relevant graphics. The writing should say "Need something? We offer daigou service for 8.8Yuan" the writing needs to be in chinese so feel free to change the wording as long as the msg is similar.
The banner needs to be 1920 × 450pixel, in jpeg format and should be optimized to reduce file size. Ideally it would be less than 50kb.
If you need some inspiration, take a look at this website www.axmall.com.au - they have some killer banners on the top. I'm looking for something similar.
