I need a design for a club loyalty card(credit card like), for my bowling center. the size of the card will be 3.375" x 2.125" and needs to have a 1/8" bleed area.
The card needs to include our logo (attached file). The card needs to have a bowling theme. Our member cards will be called V.I.B. (Very Important Bowler) I would like the final card to have 4 different variations. Standard, Gold Membership, Platinum Membership, and a gift card. The gold card and platinum cards can have just a color band or something creative to signify the membership level. The Gift card may need to be a little different, something showing that is a gift card.

and explanation about 'gift card' is it has a same function as a membership card? or a gift card like 'a gift card' that has a value to redeem it with something. thank you

  Gift card will function like a membership card and a card that holds a value that ca be redeemed later. i.e. I give a fried a gift card that has $20 on it, they can use this card at the bowling center to purchase items up to $20.00
