Design a Directional Sign

Contest Brief

Hello,

we are a real estate company looking for a remember-able directional. Directionals are small signs used to guide a customer into the street where the house is. . They are usual 18" w by 14" h but we can go as big as 24" w by 18".
I attached our current one to show you what information need to be on the sign.
1: KW logo

3: For Sale
4: Our logo (the house with JO in it) It can be as a print on it or embedded by the form of the sign (house looking sign)

The current sign is to standard (18x14_JaniceOverbeck.pdf) and people dont recognize its our team by just looking at the form and color but rather need to read.

The goal is t have a sign that people will recolonize by just looking at it without reading it.
We are not set on rectengular form, we can be an arrow or anything else you come up with.
