This is an Australian real estate agent company, MTC.
we are making a internal system that can send our clients emails.
and we need some talent to design our email newsletter template.
The attachment is some templates from other real estate agent.

You can also refer to those email templates from YouTube, Apple, etc
Please be creative, and use our logo (in attachment).
but don't make the theme too fancy, we are serious business.
