Contest Brief

Find a creative and illustrative way to communicate excel table format content in a financial real estate report.

WINNER WILL MOST LIKELY RECEIVE MORE WORK FOR OTHER FORMS!

Requirements for this contest:

- 3 pages showing respective content of attached PDF in an illustrative and colorful way
- colors we like: #1ABC9C #16A085 #2ECC71 #27AE60 #3498DB #2980B9 #9B59B6 #8E44AD #E67E22 #D35400 #E74C3C #C0392B #95A5A6 #7F8C8D
- printable on letter size paper: 8.5" x 11"
- page orientation has to be portrait
- all pages need to have a standard template design (header and footer for example) that shows:
- Area for Company Logo
- Realtor Name, Realtor Address, Realtor Phone Number, Realtor Email
- Property Address (for example: 12345 Testsample St., Atlanta, GA 12345)
- Report Date
- Report ID#
- Report Name
- Web Address (for example www.fromthispage.com)
- Disclaimer area for approx 2-3 lines of text
- if a value in the PDF report shows $999,999 for example, you will have to make sure that the brochure has room to display $999,999
- first page in report PDF has different green headings. The darker the green, the more important the information in that box
- information and color differentiation has to be visible if report is printed in black and white, so majority of page should have a white background
