Contest Brief

I need a floor plan for a new test centre.
We need to decide what size and shape room to rent, based on the new design options

Criteria:

Must seat 36 students
Desks are 48" wide and 30" deep.
Must allow 36" from the front of the desk, for the chair and for people to get in and out of the chair.
Their is a 2" divider panel between the desks.
Desks can face the wall and go around a room, or they can face each other with divider panels in front of the student.

Please draw up a floor plan showing the desks and chairs and indicate the dimensions of the room.
Please see attached photos to get an idea of what the space will look like eventually.
