Contest Brief

I need a flyer to be used in e-marketing campaign to promote my service. The service I offer is very simple and is aimed specially for people (Broker and/or owner) that want to rent or sale a property. Hehre is how I do it: I go to the property, perform a survey (take measurements of all the spaces) and then I draw the plan (layout) using CAD software. The final product is a JPG or PDF file that I sent to my client so they can promote the property better.

Attached is a file with an example of what I need. It has to be something simple but attractive and very professional and must include:

1. Logo. This could be something as simple as an icon related to architecture or technical drawings. If is sketchy is better.
2. Description of the services. Must be shown ideally using images for a easier and faster understanding. The service is divided in 3 steps: 1 Book your appointment. 2. Survey. 3. Client receives the layout by e-mail. Everything is done in 3 days.
3. Prices of the service. There are several prices depending on the size of the property. Studio apartment=50 $, 1 bedroom apt.=65$, 2 bedrooms apt.=75$ and 4+ bedrooms apt=90$
4. All info has to be in french and english
5. Architectural drawings in the background
6. Contact info. e-mail, telephone,etc...
