I need a flyer that IMMEDIATELY GRABS THE ATTENTION OF A VIEWER. It has to be so eye catching that when you open your mailbox and glance quickly at it, you are COMPELLED to read the message. I prefer to have this done is Illustrator or Photoshop so that I can make minor changes to it later, but if the file is perfect, any program will work.

I need this file to be vector format so that I can resize it to any page. It has to be

CLEAN
PROFESSIONAL
SPEAK A CLEAR MESSAGE
NOT TOO BUSY
SHARP, CRISP, LINES THAT WILL MAKE SOMEONE LOOK AT THIS MAIL PIECE AND SAY "WOW".

This is going to be a mass mail piece telling people about an investment opportunity. I will put the words on it after the design work is done. One side will have very few words on it, just bullet points. The reverse side will have all the information. So the front side should be CRISP CLEAR AND PERFECTLY SPEAK THE MESSAGE THAT THIS IS A PROMISING INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY AND THAT PEOPLE NEED TO INVEST IN OUR COMPANY!
