I need a double sided flyer for a property letting agency.

One side will require the Logo and some information about our services and what offer

The other side will be a request for landlords to use our services to manage and rent out the properties.

I have a couple of designs that we find appealing and would like ours to be similar too.

I will upload a couple of templates and the relevant information we need written on both sides of the flyer.

The design must be for A6 size, double sided and must be send to me in a high resolution PDF file.

SIDE A: "this side will have the long logo across the top with a couple of sentences dotted around it.
"Student & Professional Lettings"
"Property Management & Maintenance"
" Consultation and Insurance services"

Colour scheme to be red and bright (attractive)

Side B: " this side will also have the logo on it but the smaller squared logo - maybe can put a serious photo on one side with some text saying " Landlords needed"

both sides need to be not cluttered and nicely designed with no clashing colours or mistakes
