Contest Brief

We are a commercial real estate brokerage company that focuses on listing commercial (retail) property for sale and rent/lease. We just brought in this new listing and want to develop a marketing flyer to be use to attract awareness and more attention to the property.

The flyer should be very professional, attractive but also creative as to how it will look and feel. Attached are some key pictures and key information about the property. We do want to have a small location map on the flyer as well which will show the actual location and other attractive shops and amenities around the location. If you can create this via google map, thats fine, if not we can add it in the file later as the contest carries on.

The target market for the flyer is focused mostly on the potential client who will rent the space. So the information and layout must be attractive to get them excited about the property.

Also the flyer must be only one page. Sample flyer is attached
