Contest Brief

Design a graphic to be used in a new website slider.
- The graphic must be a 3840x1400 full color jpg image that is clearly scalable to 1920x700.
- Must be able to overlay words in white or #001c42; in a readable manner.
- Graphic must not be a cartoon.
- The graphic must illustrate the following conceptual idea: An individual’s progress though their education and career, the starting point is first year university with the ending point being 10-20 years after graduation

We just realized that we need the graphic to have a 100px safe area on all sides. Meaning that the side is still 3840x1400 but the critical elements are within the center 3640x1200.

Of all of these so far, we like the staircase one best because it represents a progression though life as someone goes from the university to a job and then another job. The thing that we don't like about the staircase is that it implies that we are leading or guiding them though the process. This is not the case. We are following them though the process recording who they work for, what position they have and allowing them to give us some feedback on how involvement in a program while they were at the university helped them later in their career.

This is not our website or our image but conceptually it depicts the progression that we are thinking of. https://educationatworkblog.wordpress.com/tag/college-campus/ It is heavy on education with 3 student type images vs 2 career type images. We would want it to be more heavy on career.
