Contest Brief

Design an informative handout, all text and rough layout supplied in attached MyGoalCard (1) PDF document attached, use logo's attached within design.

1. Design should be simple with white space around the middle where the bulk of the space is to be written on. white space where goals and goal information is designed to be written on and should have a background suitable for writing.
2. I envisioned a branded border which reflects the company's colors yet not over the top.

For numbers on to do list, i've attached number icons which you are free to use i the design.

A decorative border using your design skills to implement parts of the kiss fitness logo, maybe an border to the edges, no straight lines! curves and Kiss Shapes from logo etc.
