Contest Brief
Business Name: Cypress Rentals
Design a Logo and thumbnail for a company which is a property management business.
The logo must have the text 'Cypress Rentals' and a house on it to easily identify as a real estate agency.
I would like the house image to be something simple and unique (something a little different but easily identified as a house)
Colours must be black, white and green (not sure of correct colour code).
Colours can be different shades of the above colours.
The logo must be simple and less is better. The logo needs to be easily identified across the various media.
The colours need to be web safe.
The thumbnail (square) needs to be simple and be easily recognised.
The thumbnail will be used on sites as the Profile picture on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Tumblr, Slideshare etc.
The thumbnail can be a cutdown section of the logo.
Any text must be a common font e.g. Arial
For printing, the file needs to be high resolution, we can reduce the file size for the web ourselves.
Logo needs to be created in a vector based program.
