Contest Brief

I need a logo for the web and mobile app.
The appication is a car-sharing social network wich connects commuters by common destinations.
App name is commutewise. The logo must be simple, yet look modern and attractive.
Please find example web layout attached.
Please provide variations for horizontal, vertical, logo on dark background, logo on light backgroun.
