Contest Brief

We are rebranding a store in Virginia. Currently it is a yogurt shop. We are turning it into a local, healthy foods store with home made gelato, bread, and other products. The name of the store is LOKAL and we will be using some pastel colors in the shop (off white/(blue/lavendar)/light chocolate). The idea around our store is that we source our products from within 100 miles. Another theme is that if you find it at the farmers market you can probably find it in our shop. Our last theme is hand made. We make our own gelato, yogurt and baked goods. In my mind's eye, I see some green associated with the logo that shows freshness and local. I have updated the brief with the colors we would like to use in our shop.

We will be branding our products as well. So we will have LOKAL Gelato and LOKAL Bread etc.... So the logo should be flexible to be adapted to product branding. We would also like to add other locations so the ability to add a location name in the future LOKAL-Downtown, LOKAL-Minneapolis.

The final output should be in EPS and JPEG and should have a logo file, a product brand template for labels that can be adapted for each product. I would appreciate a color palette sheet that shows complementary colors for the logo that we can use for selecting interior colors for our shop.
