Contest Brief

I am looking for the best graphics designers on freelancer for this project.

This is a re-post of a previous contest and project that I have failed to attract appropriate designs for. I have awarded the project twice before and have been unsuccessful in obtaining a suitable logo. So I have increased my contest budget in order to attract the right level of designer. The successful designer will need to fine tune the design once awarded until 100% satisfaction and then will became my go to person for ongoing graphics work, both for this project and others.

Product Name: Dance Admin Pro
Category: Dance administration software application

Please be advised that the contest will be judged on the logo design and once awarded there will be the completion of the corporate identity which will include the following:

1. Business Card
2. Letterhead and full stationary set
3. Email signature in both jpg and html
4. Facebook profile images (profile and page)
5. A4 brochure (single page) to act as a cover page for documents
6. Favicon for web server
7. Icon

The logo should either be a combination of blue and grey or be suitable for a blue theme website. (will be on a white background)
I will also require for use on a dark background (Blue)

The blue colour we are using is: 3399CC
Cyan: 66
Magenta: 12
Yellow: 1
Black: 0

I am open to the following design submissions:
1. Icon style logo and text (Can be a dancer style image or unrelated shape/graphic) the idea is to generate an icon that is recognisable without the text
2. Text graphics (Prefer modern and not art driven)
3. Use of the DAP acronym
4. Design focusing on the D in dance or the A in admin

Please feel free to ask any questions and be creative in your thinking. All previous designs have been too similar in approach (dancer icon left and text right) and lacked creative thinking. Happy to explore this option, but will need to be exceptional, clean and modern. Please remember this is for a cloud based software application for managing dance studio administration and enrolments.
