Management consulting company needs a logo, a business card and an A4 brochure template

The company name is : Continuous Improvement Academy

Our motto is : Feel the progress.

We are a young, energetic team of professionals and we are looking for a modern, elegant and artistic design to represent us.
We don't want to give you many guidelines or to limit your imagination.

The logo should be used on all three items.

The business card should have rounded corners.

* We would like avoid the acronym CIA in the logo, because of the well known american institution.
* We appreciate the interest and the effort that the freelancers put in this project and we want to offer some extra guidance. Our company is working mainly with manufacturing plants. We do offer training programs but we are not an institution of higher education.
