Contest Brief

I have a concept that involves a "contract doctor". A person who is an expert at drafting and/or reviewing contracts. I was thinking of a logo image that combines the medical field (white coat, stethoscope, needle, thermometer, etc.) with contract field (piece of notebook paper, pen, calligraphy, etc.). I need a logo and then I need business cards designed around that logo . . .
