Looking for a Logo Design for a Cake Business

Must Incorporate the following;

CARTOON FEMALE PUG DOG
MUST HAVE BOW IN HER HAIR
HAPPY EXPRESSION
MUST BE WITHIN A CIRCULAR DESIGN
INCORPORATES A SCROLL BANNER WITH THE WORDS "FRANKIE'S CAKES'"

As this is a design a logo contest all designs must be original and not infringe any copyright or trademark laws. The contest winner will incorporate original design and incorporate all of the business owners requests.

The photos attached are for inspirational use only as they are licensed images however are similar to what the owners are looking for.
