Eventos Jobs Is a Staffing Website (Job Portal) where companies post jobs and people search for jobs. I require a Logo for the new website, and accompanying Facebook Banner and Business Card. A file will be provided for setting the color palettes for the Website. The artist will need to change the color of the elements and submit the palette as part of their delivery.

If you are going to use silhouettes of persons then they should represent: fashion models (female/male), security guys, server/garsons, cooks, receptionists (female), etc

Submissions without facebook banner will are not very interesting because it does not provide an better picture of the design and how I can use it for my business cards as well.

Most likely the image you provide for the facebook banner will be used for the backside of the business card design with a glossy finish, so consider adding the "Eventos Job" or "EJ" or any variation that matches your design to the facebook banner.

I would prefer to see submissions without a magnifying glass and a neck-tie or a silhouette of a person. Keep in mind, the job portal is for contract jobs such as models, receptionists, and general demographic is 80% women.

Some feedback for the logos being designed. The business has to do with finding jobs for models for fashion and receptionists. Use your creativity to work that into the design. It could be simply in the logo font, but in the end this logo needs to go on the site and business cards so it should make sense to promote the business.
