Contest Brief

We are needing a logo designed for a school community BBQ evening. Our aim is to get 100% attendence from the close knit community of Westmount School, Manawatu Campus in New Zealand. School website is http://www.westmount.school.nz/.

The succesful design will be:
Single colour (so can be printed black/white)
Simple
Portray the theme of a family "Summer Evening"
Contain the name of the event (Summer Evening #2)
Slogan for the event is: "Maximising potential through community support"

Attached photos are logo/t-shirts from a similer music day event held at another campus. Campus Trading logo also attached which is our school fundraising division logo. We like this logo because it is simple and can be used anywhere.

Uses (What the logo will be used for):
All marketing material (emails/posters/flyers)
Advertising video
T-shirts which will be sold to raise funds

Sample programe of event:
• Careers Advantage Program roll out speach/presentation
• Delicious Free BBQ / Buffet style evening meal
• Live Music
• Walk around the school, including junior classrooms and learning centre
• Outdoor activities for the youth
• Presentation from the Campus Administration Team as to how the school is performing and what’s happening for 2016
