Contest Brief

The concept for the venue is first and foremost a community driven meeting place for the suburb of Petersham and its surrounding suburbs. Secondly a destination venue for greater Sydney, offering quality food and beverage options in addition to staple sport, TAB and gaming solutions. We want the venue to be interactive in its hospitality offerings with development of an onsite distillery, market garden and on site shop for house made products including sauces, relishes, pickles, bottled cocktails, wine and cider.
