Hi freelancers,

We are looking for a designer who can design a vintage retro logo for an ice cream shop named: Supreme Gelato
The slogan of the shop is: Ambachtelijk Italiaans ijs (dutch) wich means in English: Traditional Italian ice

Warning: We don't want to see any Italian flags or such in the logo.

Textswise, don't make it too modern, more in the direction of the example in the attachment with the triangle
Colorwise: light colors, preferably something with pastel green or pink.

The examples in attachments are just indication of what the style we are looking for. We are not looking for copies of this logo's.
Any entrance wich is copied will be revoked.

The designer who wins this contest will get the chance to brand the entire company's style based on the chosen logo.

  careful what you call a ripoff, I borrowed some design elements from it for sure, i looked at a few old ice cream signs on google to try to come up with something resembling an old ice cream parlor. I took elements of these to create what I think to looks authentic just as the other participants did.

  Whether this is true or not, it's completely out of the line of our expectations so don't bother worrying about it.
  Before we choose a contest winner we check google and other logo websites to check the authenticity of the designers work.
