Contest Brief

We are a new wooden toy company looking for a logo. Our goal is to give the impression that our company has been around for many years and that people are just now discovering us and therefore looking for a logo that reflects a lumber company (maybe sawmill) from the north east states (Mane, Vermont, etc). Not looking for anything flashy, more traditional and a symbol of craftsmanship, tradition, and a slight touch of rustic, with an L.L. Bean type feel. The name of the company name is 2x4 Toys as our wooden toys are made out of actual wooden 2x4s. We would like the logo to look professional and not represent a toy itself (meaning we don’t want a picture of a toy in the logo or for the logo to appear childish, but more lumberjackie. We want it to almost appear that the toys we create are byproducts of the actual lumber business itself. We have included a couple of logos that we have found that really appeal to us and looking for something similar. We prefer the logo to be in .png and .jpeg formats
