Hi! I need a logo for my company - Maximizing Learning. The company provides training courses for trainers, speakers, authors, managers of others etc to help them build their training skills and better share their knowledge in a way that truly transforms peoples lives. And it provides courses and coaching for individuals to help them learn critical life skills. Target audiences are adults, not children.

I really want the logo to :
1) Inspire a feeling of joy, freedom, exhilaration - I love that upward movement of expression of joy
2) Be dynamic in that it conveys Action and Transformation rather than theory or book learning and
3) Be colourful - I love blues, greens, purples, reds, pinks - definitely not browns, blacks, greys. It has to convey a feeling of life!
I have attached a few examples to give an idea of the types of things I am looking for - it does not have to be the same figure and it doesn't have to be leaves but it has to give the same feeling of joy, freedom, exhilaration.

I feel the logo needs to represent people - not owls, or birds or butterflies etc - and not scholarly hats or books - but of course, I am open to any other creative ideas. I'd like the name - Maximizing Learning - to be written in a somewhat more creative, maybe handwritten script. I do love swirls but it can't be TOO lacy or flowery because I'm trying to balance the inspiration and joy side with the practical action and impact side. The company needs to appeal to a wide range of knowledge experts across different professions from healers and coaches to marketers and consultants as well as to companies in the Corporate World .

Hi everyone - just to let you all know that the contest has now been extended for a week, given that I wasn't able to use the winning entry, as it was copied from an existing logo site. Thank you to the people who pointed that out to me!
I have revised the design brief a little and given more examples in the attachment of the types of logo I'm looking for now because I really did love the entry I chose - both for it's joyful, dynamic shape and it's beautiful blue, green, purple colours. Looking forward to seeing lots of new designs :-)
