1) I would like the design to be based on an inkblot.
2) Main colours black and blue
3) If you could incorporate "UXR" or "UX" or "X" or something UX related or something psychology related, that would be awesome!
4) I'd love some texture, something that gives the impression of paint and a paintbrush, or smeared ink.

Hi guys,
I am looking for a logo that can represent a company which is called 'UXR'
UXR stands for User eXperience Research.
User experience is explained here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_experience
The company focuses on human factors and usability from the users perspective (e.g. attitudes, behaviours etc.) and they conduct research on people not machines.
So this company will improve software to give its humans users a better experience and this is achieved by empirical research.

If you could tie all or some of these together that would be brilliant.
