I need a logo design for a company that does efficient web design and website optimization. The company is called NookStar.

The logo should be unique and stand out as it's own brand. The logo should not consist of overly used icons (e.g. arrows or globes).
I like text which is clear, simple and not too thin. Please no "clipart" looking images. However I am open to text and image/icon or text only design.

No pinks or purple colors. I'm open to multi color designs.

Will be used on Internet, flyers, business cards etc. I need to receive full copyright to logo.

DELIVERABLE:
Please be able to deliver a hi res graphic with all the layers in a .psd photoshop format showing that it was a custom design logo and not copied from some where. Please make it large enough to where it can be used any where. I can always shrink it down.
