Design a Logo for an ecommerce website

Contest Brief

Here is our current website, http://mposgear.com. We sell POS equipment for iPad POS systems. We would like to replace the logo with something that shows what we do in the image. With the attached image you can see a cartoonish computer, I would like something similar but showing image 2. So a cartoonish printer, cash drawer and ipad with stand (as seen in image 2). Then ideally our name (in a modern font such as Lato) would have our name, 'mPOS Gear' and below that in smaller letters it would say, 'Hardware for SalesVu merchants' using SalesVu's logo (image 3). Our logo should be in colors that mesh well with their colors.

I also need a 2nd logo that has a UK next to it, so it would say, mPOS Gear UK.
