Contest Brief

I need someone to design a good modern logo of a triathlon team. Triathlon is the sport of 3 disciplines, swimming, biking and running performed in that order. It is not a team sport like baseball or football. We do train together as a team and belong to a team but we compete individually. I am not looking for athletic football looking like logos.

The logo should say:
TRIBE
Optimal Training Results

(tagline used as a sentence)

or can be used as:
TRIBE
Optimal. Training. Results.

(tagline used as 3 individual words)

The logo must be:
- modern
- simple
- use simple bold fonts
- Main colors should be ROYAL BLUE and NEON YELLOW
- have an icon or icons that include swimming (or waves), cycling or bicycle (triathlon bicycle), and running
- I prefer to have icon of elements related to the sport, than the human figures performing the sport (like water, bicycle and run shoes)
- The human figures would be ok if it is well executed
- The logo should have a TRIBE (like Indian tribe) look and feel preferred
- it does NOT have to have the triathlon elements necessarily
- It cannot have too many shadows or gradients to be well executed on t-shirts and uniforms

Attached are different samples of logos that are simple and I like.
