Contest Brief

We are launching a new site that you can see at BadArseTechnologies.com.

We are looking at providing cool BadArseTechnology over the course of the coming period. This will be new phones, new toys, and new ways of doing things and looking at things.

You can get a feel for what we are doing at the site. I will be continuing to add content to the site if you need to keep in contact with our direction.

We are looking for a logo that we can put on all of our material as well as our phones and other merchandise. We will also want a splash screen for our BAT-PHONES and a skin for our VoIP soft client. We would also like a "Themer" type skin for the Android phone with ability to run our various apps.

The logo CANNOT be related to Batman or the comics in ANY WAY. ANY SUBMISSION THAT DOES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISREGARDED.

Our site is BadArseTechnologies which is BAT we like that theme but NO COPYRIGHTED material will be considered

The initial brief is for the LOGO, however there is a lot of mediums that it needs to work.

      Thanks for the support but I feel it is appropriate to respond in part to ensure that clarification is provided so people understand the process and can incorporate that into their future work ... i take nothing personally and try to provide an environment where people are able to learn and excel as opposed to wonder why decisions are made

      I know and i understand your words very well. I am working on freelancer.com since feb 2014 but @samdavid88, he is new and got frustrated when he didn't win this contest. That's human nature you know :)

    The logo itself was selected because of the animation capability and the simplicity of the origami layout. We will be incorporating these animations into the startup screens of our phones as well as our products and video support material

    Thank you all for your submissions, the task was EXTREMELY difficult for us as there were so many great submissions. We decided upon this piece as it incorporated a BAT logo, the Bad Arse Technologies, and the logo lends itself open to integration with our product suite.

    Thanks for all of your submissions we really appreciate all of the efforts that you have made. As you are aware we have been highly responsive in providing feedback which has taken a fair amount of time, however we feel the refinements that were made by you were well worth the effort. We are now going through our final selection process and will update you as soon as possible. Just so you know we will be probably running another design competition shortly so suggest you keep an eye out for that. Again thanks for all of your efforts ... it has made our task quite difficult.       sure but he is making submissions and wants to ensure that i see it. I have pointed out that I respond to all of the actual submissions and not necessarily checking this board ... which i am now doing. We have had over 138 submissions to date so there is a lot to do, but i believe every body has a right to be heard and their submission considered and respected

    I think that people just want to make sure their designs are seen and when one person does it others see the need to follow. Now that we have put in the guidelines and people see that we DO respond to EVERY submission the chit chat has stopped. I dont want to suppress people from asking questions and i am happy to answer them,

    Hi, For the sake of clarity, as I am sure you all should realise, we check out every single submission and write a comment on what we like or dont like about something and then we rate it. There is no need to type in here check out my submission. We are checking every single one and dont have a chance to also respond to the board. The board should be for clarifying a question. thanks
