Contest Brief

I'm needing a logo for our residential building business Built Smart Constructions.
Andrew Cramer-Roberts is the licensed builder and has 15 years experience in the residential building industry in Brisbane, Australia.
He specialises in "Queenslander" (you may need to google this if you're not familiar with a Queenslander style home) renovations and restorations to bring a new edge and sophistication to the classic home.
Our target market is high income earning couples and families in Brisbane looking to renovate their family home.
We're looking for the logo to reflect the work Andrew does...classic with modern fixtures but without being "stuffy". The logo will be sign written on the side of his ute so it will also need to be in colors that will pop. We don't have any recommendations around color.
