Please design a logo for 'Business Elevator'

This will be an additional service offered under the Edmund Barton Centre with business logo attached, so the colour scheme has to match the attachment. here's the colour codes:

Dark Blue- #111653 C -100 M - 99 Y - 33 K - 37
Light Blue - #006bbd C - 88 M - 58 Y - 0 K - 0
Yellow - #f8a01c C - 1 M - 43 Y - 99 K - 0
Green - #449635 C - 77 M - 18 Y - 100 K - 4

Logo can incorporate some or all of the colours.
The Business Elevator will be a service to 'Take Businesses to the Next Level' and will be supported by the Edmund Barton Centre (logo attached)
Would like a professional, modern design (I understand the logo attached is a bit dated)

As part of the winning design, it must be delivered in high-res source format .eps and .psd, and any font used needs to be stated for continuity in our style guide.
